At this age, movement and imagination are the same thing. Preschoolers don't just do a pose — they become the animal, stomp through the story, collapse into a puddle at exactly the right moment. Preschooler Yoga & Creative Movement is built entirely around that.

Each class moves through yoga poses, breathing exercises, and songs woven into imaginative stories and games — the kind that get a nearly-two-year-old and a four-year-old equally invested, for completely different reasons. The teacher shapes every session to meet the full range in the room. Your child doesn't need to be ready for structured movement. They need to be ready to play.

Over a semester, children build real physical skills — coordination, strength, balance — alongside something less visible but just as important: the ability to return to calm after big movement and big feelings. That's an early self-regulation skill. It shows up later at school, at the dinner table, and everywhere in between.

There are no personal mats in this class. The whole room is the practice space — children and caregivers move freely through every part of it together. You're not watching from the side; you're in it. Class ends with a short final relaxation, and mats are provided. No need to bring your own.

Classes meet weekly. If your child spends the first few sessions running laps or watching from your lap, that's not a setback — it's exactly how this age works, and the class is designed for it.

Who belongs here: Confident movers from nearly age two through four. Registration is per child and includes up to two adults attending on a weekly basis. Siblings receive an automatic 50% discount. 

The same adult doesn't need to come every week — grandparents, nannies, and other favorite caregivers are welcome. A parent or guardian should be the registering account holder. If a different grown-up will be regularly attending with your child, please add them to the account and note this in the comments at checkout.
