
Yoga is a fun way for students to build fitness and learn techniques for concentrating, reducing stress, and connecting to their bodies in a loving way. Classes incorporate age-appropriate yoga poses and sequences, creative movement, breathing exercises, games, mindfulness, and relaxation. Breathing Space classes often revolve around a philosophical or natural theme and sometimes will include books, journaling, art or other creative activities, and always include some form of quiet relaxation.
• 2:00 PM - Kids Yoga (4-6 yrs) with Rachel - 35 min class followed by family photos.
This class is part of a studio video/photo shoot. Real images of families engaging are always MUCH more effective than stock photos and images or videos of class are super helpful for potential students to get a sense of what to expect. Images and short video clips will be used in our printed and social media marketing. We don’t identify photo/video subjects by name and would never sell our students' images for non-Breathing Space use.
As a thank-you, the photographer will shoot casual family portraits of any interested participants, and we will happily share a high-resolution version of those, along with any fun action shots of your family.
