Once a toddler is fully mobile, the world gets a lot more interesting — and a lot more demanding to keep up with. Toddler Yoga is designed for this specific window: children who are on the move, building strength and coordination fast, and not yet in a daily school program. For many families, this is one of their child's first regular group experiences. The class is built with that in mind.
Each session moves through yoga poses, movement games, breathing exercises, songs, stories, and imaginative activities — all paced for the energy and developmental range of toddlers. Caregivers and children move together throughout the whole class. There are no personal mats — the room is the practice space, and children use all of it. Class ends with a short relaxation for caregivers and children together. Mats are provided; no need to bring your own.
Over a semester, children build real physical skills — strength, coordination, balance — alongside early tools for focus and self-regulation. Caregivers get a weekly hour that's genuinely theirs too: present, connected, and surrounded by other families in the same stage.
Classes meet weekly. If your child spends the first few sessions on the go or hanging back, that's expected — the class is designed for exactly that child.
Who belongs here: Any steadily walking child up to age three. High-energy kids, slow-to-warm kids, and everyone in between. Registration is per child and includes up to two adults attending on a weekly basis. Siblings receive an automatic 50% discount. Non-walking infants attend at no charge.
A parent or guardian should be the registering account holder. If a different grown-up will be regularly attending with your child, please add them to the account and note this in the comments at checkout.
