Breathing Space summer and day-off camps provide children with a fun, creative, educational, and enriching experience through yoga movement classes, mindfulness activities, relaxation, games, crafts, field trips, and outdoor time.
Yoga and mindfulness can help children build self-regulatory skills, resilience, social awareness, and confidence, as well as gross-motor skills, strength, and fitness. Through yoga, children learn techniques for concentrating, reducing stress, and connecting to their bodies in a loving way while having fun.
In addition to traditional postures, breathwork, relaxation, and arts & crafts, Yoga Trapeze Camp incorporates YogaBody-style sling activities. Learn more about Yoga Trapeze classes. In addition to Yoga Trapeze classes, campers will engage in the following activities:

DO NOT REGISTER FOR AFTERCARE IF YOU ARE WAITLISTED: Please do not enroll in camp aftercare for any dates your camper is waitlisted. This creates a huge administrative headache. If you are offered a spot in camp, you will be offered a spot in aftercare.
