This workshop dives into the science behind sensory development and how movement supports brain growth in young children. You’ll learn how to use yoga as a tool for integration, attention-building, and play.

You’ll Learn:

  • Why vestibular and proprioceptive input matters in yoga

  • How to use rhythm, music, and movement to support development

  • Activity examples for babies through preteen

  • How to spot and support sensory dysregulation to support your students while staying within your professional scope

Format: Live In-Person / Zoom + Recording Access
CEUs: 2 Yoga Alliance contact hours
