 njury\, seeking\nnothing more than to feel better and balance her body fo
 r running. She comes\nback to the mat because yoga invites her to embrace
  her body and mind with all\nits imperfections and then to look beyond th
 em to the greater Self.  Jen’s\npractice became a source of strength and 
 connection during the significant life\nchanges of becoming a parent\, ev
 entually leading her to found Breathing Space to\ncreate a vibrant commun
 ity hub for family yoga on Capitol Hill.\n\nJen is a Yoga Alliance® Exper
 ienced Registered Yoga Teacher (E-RTY 200)\,\nRegistered Children’s Yoga 
 Teacher (RCTY) and Registered Prenatal Yoga Teacher\n(RPYT). She has sinc
