und that reality: a class\nwhere your baby is not along for the ride whil
e you exercise\, but genuinely at\nthe center of everything that happens.
\n\nEach class moves through dozens of yoga-inspired movements\, postures
\, songs\,\nrhymes\, and activities — all designed for where your baby ac
tually is right\nnow. On their back\, on their tummy\, cradled in your ar
ms. You'll learn ways to\nsupport their developing body\, calm the inevit
able cranky moments\, and build the\nkind of closeness that helps both of
you settle. Many families find that babies\nwho attend regularly sleep b
 etter — not a guarantee\, but a pattern we see\noften enough to mention.\
n\nWhile you'll get some stretching and breathing in for yourself along t
he way\,\nthe focus in Baby Yoga & Play is on the baby-caregiver activiti
es and\nconnection.\n\nLooking for a class where your own movement practi
ce is the focus? Our postnatal\nyoga class is designed for exactly that —
baby is welcome\, but the adult\npractice leads.\n\nThis is also\, quiet
ly\, one of the better things you can do for yourself at six\nweeks postp
artum. You'll be in a room full of people who are in the exact same\nstag
 e — same questions\, same sleep deprivation\, same mix of overwhelm and\n
wonder. The teacher knows this age deeply. The class is designed for how
 babies\nactually behave\, which is unpredictably\, and sometimes loudly.\
n\nClasses are appropriate from around six weeks until baby is mobile. No
previous\nyoga experience necessary. Come dressed for movement.\n\nWho b
elongs here: Babies from approximately six weeks through pre-crawling\, w

g two babies pay full price for one and the sibling discount (50% off)\nf

red her to return\nweek after week. In 2020\, yoga became a refuge during
one of the most difficult\nyears of our generation. Her practice became
 a daily requirement\, helping her to\nprioritize mental health\, self-car

ompletion of her 200 hours\, Camille has\nreturned to her power flow root

also been able to reconnect with her passion for early\nchildhood educati
