 me to lock strollers up out front. We provide a cable and lock\n(check yo

 may also bring strollers downstairs if they can be safely carried down.\n
 Please fold strollers whenever possible to reduce tripping hazards in the
  lobby.\nStrollers cannot be left in the entryway\, even folded\, because

 interesting — and a\nlot more demanding to keep up with. Toddler Yoga is 
 designed for this specific\nwindow: children who are on the move\, buildi
 ng strength and coordination fast\,\nand not yet in a daily school progra
 m. For many families\, this is one of their\nchild's first regular group 
 experiences. The class is built with that in mind.\n\nEach session moves 
 through yoga poses\, movement games\, breathing exercises\,\nsongs\, stor
 ies\, and imaginative activities — all paced for the energy and\ndevelopm
 ental range of toddlers. Caregivers and children move together\nthroughou
 t the whole class. There are no personal mats — the room is the\npractice
  space\, and children use all of it. Class ends with a short relaxation\n
 for caregivers and children together. Mats are provided\; no need to brin
 g your\nown.\n\nOver a semester\, children build real physical skills — s
 trength\, coordination\,\nbalance — alongside early tools for focus and s
 elf-regulation. Caregivers get\na weekly hour that's genuinely theirs too
 : present\, connected\, and surrounded by\nother families in the same sta
 ge.\n\nClasses meet weekly. If your child spends the first few sessions o
 n the go or\nhanging back\, that's expected — the class is designed for e
 xactly that child.\n\nWho belongs here: Any steadily walking child up to 
 age three. High-energy kids\,\nslow-to-warm kids\, and everyone in betwee
 n. Registration is per child and\nincludes up to two adults attending on 
 a weekly basis. Siblings receive an\nautomatic 50% discount. Non-walking

 and trying new things. She\ndiscovered yoga at age 18 and has practiced o
 n and off ever since. Karen has\nbeen working with children most of her l
 ife\, spending her childhood and teen\nsummers helping her mom care for t
 he little ones in her home daycare and\nbabysitting on weekends. She has 
 always loved doing arts and crafts\, and sharing\nprojects with the child
 ren she cared for.\n\nAs an adult\, Karen stepped away from childcare to 
 manage a small neurology\noffice for 9 years. When she became a mom in 20
 12\, she left the office and began\nworking again as a childcare provider
 \, both as a nanny and for neighborhood\nchildren in her own home. Since 
 2019 she has been working as a substitute and\nteaching assistant at a Mo
