, from babbling to talking — the stretch between birth\nand age two is on
e of the most concentrated periods of development in a child's\nlife. Tot
Yoga & Play is built around that reality: a weekly class where babies\na
nd young toddlers move\, play\, and grow alongside the caregivers who kno
w them\nbest.\n\nIn class\, your child might practice a pose that strengt
hens the exact muscles\nthey're building toward their next milestone. The
y'll hear their caregiver's\nvoice in a song they'll start to anticipate
week after week. They'll make eye\ncontact with another baby across the m
at and do something that might be their\nfirst joke. Small things — and a
lso\, developmentally\, significant ones.\n\nThe class is designed for th
is specific age: the repetition\, the songs\, the\nphysical play\, and th
e steady social interaction are all doing real work.\nChildren at this st
age learn through their bodies and through the people around\nthem. Both
are central to every session.\n\nFor caregivers\, this class offers somet
hing equally real: a room full of people\nin the same bewildering\, wonde
rful stage\, led by an instructor who knows this\nage deeply and can answ
er the questions you didn't know you had.\n\nClasses meet weekly througho
ut the semester. The routine and the familiar faces\nare part of what mak
es it work — most babies settle in fully by the third or\nfourth week.\n\
nWho belongs here: Crawlers through runners and jumpers\, up to 24 months
\, and a\ncaregiver. Registration is per child and includes up to two adu
lts attending on\na weekly basis. Siblings receive an automatic 50% disco
unt. \n\nGrandparents\, nannies\, and other favorite caregivers are welco

istering adult (account\nholder). If a difererent grown up will be regula
rly in class with your child\,\nplease add the attending adult to the acc
ount and note this in the comments at\ncheckout. \n\nThere are no persona
l mats in this class — babies and toddlers need the whole\nroom\, and tha
