ative\, educational\,\nand enriching experience through yoga movement cla
 sses\, mindfulness activities\,\nrelaxation\, games\, crafts\, field trip
s\, and outdoor time.\n\nYoga and mindfulness can help children build sel
 f-regulatory skills\, resilience\,\nsocial awareness\, and confidence\, a
 s well as gross-motor skills\, strength\, and\nfitness. Through yoga\, ch
ildren learn techniques for concentrating\, reducing\nstress\, and connec
ting to their bodies in a loving way while having fun.\n\nBreathing Space
Kids Yoga Camp takes the lessons we learn in our yoga and\nmindfulness p
ractice and expand them off the mat. Of course\, we do lots of yoga\nand
yoga games\, but that’s not all.\n\n We’ll do arts and crafts or them
ed activities every day.\n We visit neighborhood playgrounds and water
features and have\n out-of-studio/church time every day.\n We typi
cally do at least one theme-based outing to a special location like a\n
museum or educational site for every weeklong camp.\n Unless the wea
ther is terrible\, we’ll hold lunch and free play outdoors\n daily.\n
We will have some form of quiet relaxation time every day for both nap
pers\n and non-nappers.\n We work a lot of free-play time into our
camp between organized activities\n as well.\n\nEach camp is sure to c
 reate lasting memories\, new friendships\, and a foundation\nfor health a
nd well-being!\n\nPK4 Camper parents: We allow an extremely limited numbe
r of PK4 younger siblings\nof enrolled campers in any camp listed as K+.
By registering for PK4 Camp\, you\nagree that you have read our camper re
 adiness guidelines\n<https://www.breathingspacedc.com/faq-camper-readines

ckup is at 3:15 pm. Aftercare pickup is 5:30 pm. If you plan\nto sign up
for aftercare\, please do so as soon as possible so we can plan\naccordin
gly. \n\nNotes for Multiple Location Camp Days: Camper in both groups? Re
ach out if you\nwould like to coordinate drop-off and/or pick-up at one v
enue. If we are holding\ncamp in multiple locations\, we usually only hav
e one location for aftercare. Our\nstaff will walk campers to the afterca
re host site and 5:30 pm pickup will be\nthere.\n\nCamp aftercare for wai
tlisted camps: Please do not enroll in camp aftercare for\nany dates your
camper is waitlisted. If you are offered a spot in camp\, you will\nbe o
ffered a spot in aftercare.\n\nRegistration Deadlines and Refunds: Becaus
e we are an extremely small camp\, we\nhave limited ability to provide re
funds. \n\n Camps that do not reach the enrollment minimum may be canc
eled. We make\n those decisions as soon as possible\, typically 14 day
s in advance. Please\n register early.\n Registration may be resche
duled or credited to a future camp or class (minus\n $5 processing fee
per camper per day) until 21 days before a scheduled camp. \n Resched
uling is subject to space availability. Within 21 days of camp\, credit\n
toward a future camp is only available if a waitlisted camper takes t
he spot\n (processing fee still applies).\n\nPlease review our refund
