Navigate the transformative journey of pregnancy with this supportive, all-level yoga class.

Build the strength, focus, and flexibility needed for pregnancy and childbirth while connecting with a community of other expecting parents. Modified yoga postures, calming breathwork, vocal toning, meditation, and relaxation promote physical comfort and emotional well-being. Whether you’re new to yoga or an experienced practitioner, this class offers a welcoming space to prepare your body and mind for the path ahead.

No previous yoga experience is necessary.

Drop In, Register, or Become a Member

Students are welcome to:

pay per class;

  • Single Drop-In: $30
  • Tiered Discount Drop-Ins: $25-28/class. Must schedule all dates when booking for discount; reschedule as needed.

commit to weekly classes;

Register for your class; no need to reserve each week. Make up missed classes in any appropriate class that month, including kids & family classes. No carryovers. Prorates during checkout if needed.

  • 4 Classes/Month: $98. Renews until cancelled.
  • 12 Classes/Quarter: $288. Does not renew.

 become an unlimited class member.

Register for your primary class, and attend any class without needing to reserve each week – up to two classes each week (24/quarter). Take a 10% discount on kids & family registrations. No makeups or carryovers. First payment prorates, if needed, during checkout.

  • Monthly: $128. Renews until cancelled.
  • Quarterly: $366. Does not renew.
