If you are having trouble, the following tips might help:
- Getting an age limit message? Please note that accounts must belong to parents. Use your own name and contact information when you sign up and agree to terms and conditions. Then add your child(ren) along with their birthdays to your profile so they can be enrolled in classes and camps.
- Getting an error message during checkout? The #1 reason we families have problems with checkout is because they are registering from outside of the United States or behind a privacy firewall. Due to the prevalence of online credit card fraud transactions coming from overseas and the hyper-local nature of our programming, our processor has blocked most international IP addresses.
- Having trouble creating your account? If you are in our system already, you won’t be able to create an account. Use the password reset function to recover your profile.
- Not seeing the class you want? Classes may be ordered by date or grouped alphabetically by venue first. If you aren’t finding a series or camp you think we offer, scroll down. (For example, camps at St. Mark’s are below camps at Breathing Space even if they happen sooner.)
