Build the strength, focus, and flexibility needed for pregnancy and childbirth while connecting with a community of other expecting parents. Modified yoga postures, calming breathwork, vocal toning, meditation, and relaxation promote physical comfort and emotional well-being. Whether you’re new to yoga or an experienced practitioner, this class offers a welcoming space to prepare your body and mind for the path ahead.

No previous yoga experience is necessary.
