These special classes are available on only one date, allowing students to try them out without any commitment. Semester students are welcome to make up Try It classes.

This class for families is structured like an age-appropriate kids class - with yoga poses, sequences, mindfulness activities, songs, and games, and an emphasis on activities for parents and children to do together.
