This class incorporates different styles of yoga. In addition to asana (postures), we will explore pranayama (breathwork), kriya (intentional action), meditation and mantra (sound meditation). A good class for anyone looking to try out different types of yoga and deepen their meditation practice.
Variations will be offered to enable students to customize the practice for their individual needs. Newer and more experienced practitioners are welcome. Class is beginner-friendly.
