This workshop explores how creative expression and mindfulness can complement one another in supporting children’s social-emotional development. Through guided experiences, discussion, and practical tools, participants will learn how to incorporate simple art-based mindfulness activities into yoga classes, classrooms, and therapeutic or enrichment settings.

How to facilitate mindful art for different developmental stages
Tips for working with groups, adapting for neurodiverse learners, and managing materials in movement-based environments
