Learn to share yoga for young children from crawling through 5 years with caregivers or in an early education setting.

Our training is one of very few that really focuses on newly mobile babies and toddlers from crawling (about 10-months) through 24 months – the bridge between baby and kids yoga.

This training prepares you to offer classes in yoga studios, community centers, daycares, preschools, or preK classrooms, and more. Activities can also be adapted to one-on-one lessons or incorporated into therapeutic or educational services for families with young children.

Each age-based module below includes access to two core components required for all trainees:

• Child Development: A self-paced course covering physical, emotional, social, and cognitive milestones relevant to teaching yoga to children. This module helps teachers make developmentally appropriate choices for every age group.

Module training participants are invited to take our live Kids Yoga Workshop Series at a discounted price. Trainees who complete all three age modules and our personalized, advanced training module are eligible for certification with Breathing Space and may be eligible for Yoga Alliance RCYT registration (requires 200-hour RYT status).
